French & Wellness Retreat 2024!

This retreat aims to improve your French language skills and boost your overall wellbeing!

What? Retraite Corps et Ésprit’ focusing on improving French language skills and your wellbeing.
Where? Baillargues, a little town in the Occitanie region in Southern France located 8 minutes by train from Montpellier.
When? Sunday, 02 June to Saturday, 08 June 2024.
About the trip: During a week long wellness retreat in the South of France, guests will be invited to partake in a range of activities including guided walks and afternoon discussions. Set in the picturesque backdrop of ‘le midi’, this escape will nurture both the enhancement of your French language skills and feelings of wellness.

This retreat is perfect for women who wish to meet likeminded individuals and progress their written and spoken French skills as during the stay we will communicate in French, but to make your stay even more linguistically beneficial I would recommend looking at the courses in the nearby language school: https://www.accentfrancais.com/fr/ecole-francais-france 

In addition, it's ideal for anyone who would like to improve their wellness through a healthy, balanced diet, non-strenuous wellbeing activities, active relaxation, and plenty of time spent in the great outdoors.

Before you book your place, we can discuss which option suits you best... It would be great if you could spend the morning in the school and the afternoon in our lovely base in the countryside. ​
An example day:
​
Morning: Calm, gentle, and relaxing exercises and breathing
practice; breakfast consisting of fresh juices and fruits; walk to
the train station (~20 mins); make your way to
the language school by train (~10 mins).

Early afternoon: Return to Baillargues; enjoy a healthy, freshly prepared plant-based lunch.

Late afternoon: Enjoy activities like walks, hikes or simply relaxing in the garden; workshops in French about healthy living (hydration, breathing, balanced nutrition, physical and mental activities, rest etc.).

Evening:  Freshly prepared dinner; spend time with the group or on your own; outings such as to the cinema or theatre.

Each day is designed to bring you lots of joy,  contentment, clarity and most importantly rest.
